The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) released the MLS® System Stats for May this week and they show stability in most markets across the country. Saskatchewan saw solid gains in number of sales and in average price. CREA's media release is here and their statistical update is here.

Aspen distance from a big city, and intermittent air services help to keep away the tourists a day. Also emerged as the place where young professionals can find jobs, especially in small companies, particularly in the financing of non-profit organizations.
